We start our magnet exporting business from 1997,the first customer is from Italy, now we have many connection with the customers from worldwide, different country and different company. our company professionally specializes in manufacturing of micro precision products and precise customized parts,from the research, development and production of jewels for watches and measuring instruments .we produce jewels and magnet to satisfy the need for all the customer in energy, water, communications, computers, opto electronics, medicine, aviation, horology, metrolory area tec. More than 80% of our returns comes from exports to Europe, United states, Japan,  South Asia.

 

Now we have our own R&D and QC department, and are ISO 9001:2000 certified. We located the office in Xiamen to meet the customer from all the world.

We specialize in micro magnetic tube, tiny magnetic cylinder, columnar magnet, magnetic pipe, hole magnets, magnetic duct, pipe magnet, tube magnet, Cylinder magnet, deep hole magnet, especially our deep-hole thin magnetic ring are widely used in watch, clock, micro-motor, meters, micro precision parts from ultra hard materials, jewel bearings, optical communication etc.

We can design and manufacture products according to customers' requirement, samples and blueprint. We established a rigorous test procedure. From selection and verification of raw materials to application testing, our factory carries out practicing and managing staff emphasis practicing to set up overall quality management of organization and arrangement? as a fact, we kept a relatively high process capability Cpk of 1.33, with a product pass rate of 99.9%, equivalent to 5 Sigma quality level, moreover we have passed the certification of ISO9000:2000, and are applying for QS9000 certification. We believe our prefect QC-system and management give the customer the best guarantee and longest belief.

Our products have eliminated six(6) hazardous substances, lead(Pb), cadmiuln(Cd), mercury(Hg), hexavalent chromium(Cr VI), and certain brominated flame retardants (PBB and PBDE), which are prohibited by the EU's RollS directive. On the other hand, we adopt "Green Procurement Standard", which evaluates the environmental conservation efforts made in the manufacturing process of the supplier, and the environmental aspects of purchased products (e.g parts and materials) such as the content of hazardous substances and recyclability.
